Education

Dr. Glen is an “Alberta boy through and through.” He grew up in nearby Drayton Valley and stayed there until graduating from high school. At that time, he decided to trade small-town life for the big city of Paris, France to volunteer for his church for two years. Afterwards, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Hawaii and then moved to Edmonton to study dentistry at the University of Alberta. With Dr. Albert Voravong, he is co-owner of Parkstone Dental in Sherwood Park. 

Treatment Philosophy

When determining which treatments are best for your smile, Dr. Glen will examine your mouth, your health and medical history, and find out what it is you like and don’t like about your teeth and gums. An effective communicator, he will be upfront and honest about the condition of your smile and tell you what steps need to be taken to reach the outcome you desire. 

Outside The Office

Dr. Glen is happily married and has four kids who mean the world to him. They live in Sherwood Park and love spending time in the community they call home. Over the years, Parkstone Dental became another one of his babies. “I have taken a lot of pride in watching it grow,” he says.

After earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Alberta in 2012, Dr. Jennifer Nguyen completed a one-year dental residency to fine tune her skills and gain additional experience working as a general dentist.

Treatment Philosophy

If you ask Dr. Nguyen the number one thing you could do for your mental and physical health, she will immediately tell you her health philosophy – that prevention is everything. Focusing on prevention is her goal so you can enjoy a healthy, pain-free smile that supports your confidence. Helping you take care of yourself before things get worse is her goal – whether it’s preventing dental issues or treating them conservatively if they do arise.

Outside The Office

When she’s not helping others as a dentist in Sherwood Park, Dr. Nguyen appreciates all she has here as a life-long Edmonton resident. She loves the community and people, and is the Alberta director for a non-profit dental organization. Dr. Nguyen was looking forward to marrying her fiancé Bill in 2020, when COVID-19 postponed their plans, but they plan to reschedule as soon as they can. When she has time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys working out, reading, and gardening.

Meet Dr. Manny Pandher

Education

Dr. Manjot (Manny) Pandher is a general dentist born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He attended Concordia University of Edmonton where he completed his undergraduate degree in Chemistry. He then moved to Boston, Massachusetts to complete his dental degree at Boston University, graduating summa cum laude.

Treatment Philosophy

Dr. Manny was taught using the most up-to-date knowledge and technology. He strives to integrate his comprehensive care with these teachings in every patient visit. He is committed to ensure that all of his patients experience dental appointments that are very positive and tailored to their unique needs. In order to do so, he focuses to ensure every patient has a comfortable and anxiety free visit, with each question and concern answered.

Outside The Office

Dr. Manny recently got married and enjoys spending majority of his off-time with his wife. They enjoy a very active lifestyle and love to enjoy the outdoors any opportunity they get. He also enjoys traveling, trying local restaurants, and spending time with his friends and family.

Meet Dr. Raj Randhawa

Education

Dr. Raj Randhawa is a general dentist, born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He received his B.Sc. in Chemistry with Honours of Distinction from Concordia University of Edmonton. He then went on to complete his dental degree at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, graduating magnum cum laude.

Dr. Raj prioritizes personalized, evidence-based comprehensive dental care. He places a strong emphasis on preventative health and education, and is dedicated to helping his patients maintain optimal oral health. He takes a holistic approach to care, considering each patient's overall health and habits as he develops a customized treatment plan designed to meet their specific needs. Whether you're seeking routine dental care or more specialized treatment, you can trust that Dr. Raj will go above and beyond to ensure you receive the highest quality care possible.

Outside The Office

In his spare time, Dr. Raj enjoys staying active through fitness, travelling, exploring local Edmonton restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. He is an avid Oilers fan and can often be found cheering on the team at Rogers Place.

Dr. Maher Ayash

Dr. Maher earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Sydney in 2018. He has been enhancing smiles ever since.

Treatment Philosophy

Dr. Maher’s treatment philosophy is simple. He sums it up with one phrase: “Treat the cause, not the symptom.” One of his favourite parts of the job is interacting with people and providing them with a positive experience at Parkstone Dental. He firmly believes that patients need to feel included in their dental journey. “I work hand-in-hand with my patients to provide them the dental treatment they need,” he says. Dr. Maher chose a career in dentistry because it involves delicate and intricate work, and it gives him a great sense of accomplishment to help improve patients’ oral health.

Away From The Practice

Dr. Maher loves to read, exercise, and explore local restaurants. When he has time, you can also find him carving hills on his snowboard, hitting targets at the shooting range, and cooking. Dr. Maher is known for his people skills and a good sense of humour. He’s proud to be part of a tight-knit and diverse community.
